Michele is always there to help with anything on the floor. She is always jumping in to help staff and patients. She will work as a secretary, a nurse, and a tech if need be. She's very positive and I love working with her and her staff. Even though she has all the work of a manager, you will always see Michele out on the floor working with her team. She comes in early and stays late if needed. You can always rely on Michele to have your back. She has the biggest heart for her staff and always says how proud she is of her team. As a result of her hard work, the staff on the floor is great too. Everyone works together as a great team! You get the "family feel" when working on Neurology and Oncology.
