Michele is a very funny, kind-hearted, intelligent and flexible nurse. Her patients often praise her for her patience and giving demeanor. Michele works in many roles throughout one shift. Recently, she was charge nurse and took 5 patients simultaneously in order to maintain patient throughput from the ED and to unload some of the work from another nurse whose patient was deteriorating. Through a stressful day on the floor, Michele maintains a positive attitude which lifts up her coworkers. Also very important, Michele shows gratitude and respect toward all members of the hospital. For example, she knows the names of all transporters, materials management staff, etc.

She has been wonderful, attentive, caring and very pleasant. She made my stay here comfortable. I wish every nurse would be more like her.
