My father came in with not only heart problems but also battling Alzheimer's, confusion, pain, and illness. This can be overwhelming and scary, but Michele went above and beyond with his care and his emotions. She also gave us (family) a sense of ease and comfort that he was in good care, with a warm exceptional staff! She is a DAISY in both care and comfort. She also asked personal questions that helped to make his care more customized around little details that make big differences.
