My wife recently went to your facility for a biopsy after some concerns. This is a very difficult time for us due to the high suspicion of cancer, based on her family history and her symptoms, as well as the fact that she is only 31 years old. The uncertainty has been difficult for us and from the first time my wife worked with Michele she was supportive, reassuring, and has gone above and beyond. We came to your facility as a matter of convenience; Michele did not know anything about us or what we do. I can only assume she treats all of her patients with such care and concern.
As a police Sergeant in the Town of Wallkill, I am happy to see the level of professionalism in your facility and the level of care that every patient must receive. My wife's journey with her recent diagnosis is just beginning but the honest and caring words of encouragement that were offered by Michele will stay with her forever and will help others as my wife completes her schooling as a Nurse Practitioner with a high interest in women's health.
