Mikie proactively presents all relevant data (i.e., labs, vitals, test results, etc.) to our family as soon as she has them and without having to be asked.
- Mikie ensures that all care plans are in place and executed fully, i.e., transport for tests, turning and repositioning at least every 2 hours, etc.
- Mikie proactively pages or follows up with physicians and specialists to understand what time they will be rounding and servicing her patients.
- When Mikie is assigned to S, there is almost nothing we need to request as a family.
- Mikie never makes anything seem like an inconvenience or hardship.
