Not only did Michelle Oliva make me comfortable, but she also made me feel heard and not like another number or bed. I was also seen as a person. It didn’t matter if I needed help on the toilet or in the restroom; she didn’t make a gross face nor act as if she was annoyed. She had a smile on her face, and you could see the kindness in her eyes. She made sure to ask extra questions and honestly went above and beyond. She has a heart of gold. She would try to sneak into my room and check on me, giving off motherly vibes, and I loved that. Any patient would be lucky to have her care for them.
