Michelle has been wonderful since we arrived on our floor. Our room wasn’t quite ready, and we had to wait a few minutes for the floor to dry but that was fine with us, and I assured everyone not to worry about it. I have asked for help and have had it promptly and with great sweetness from Michelle. She is a joy to have care for you and very loving and kind especially when you have a full floor. I would love to have her take care of my husband at any time. A lovely human being.
