My husband was in the hospital for two months. Michelle was caring and thoughtful, but most importantly, when I asked her to please call me with any changes in my husband's condition - she followed through, no matter what time!
She communicated in a clear concise layman's language for my husband's well being. When your loved one is ill, you want them treated with dignity and that their life means everything to them (even if they are taking care of 6 other patients) and you want accurate information regarding your loved one's status. Michelle did all of that with compassion.
