Michelle Arneson, BSN

Michelle is an amazing nurse. She is the type of nurse that I admire. She truly is the person who became a nurse to "help" people and she shows that in her work every day. She never judges a person by the cover and she is always willing to provide education/teaching to help the patient achieve their goals. I have a few examples of where she provided amazing care: 1. A patient needed to be transferred to the ED and once the transfer was over she sat with the patient to put her at ease. The patient asked her to speak with her daughter about the events and Michelle took the time to talk with her daughter and put both the daughter and the patient at ease. Both the patient and the patient's family were appreciative. 2. She takes the time to make sure the patient has the care or follow-up that is needed. She will call the doctor's offices to make sure the patient gets an appointment and will provide any information needed to get the appropriate care. It doesn't matter how many times she has to call or how many messages she has to leave, or how long she is on hold. She will make sure the patient gets the care they need. She goes above and beyond every day!
