Michelle's compassion and innovative care skills have helped our son as well as our family remain hopeful and positive. Michelle developed a process to change the wound bandages so as to make it less painful and less exhausting for him. He has had severe anxiety but seems to calm down when he sees Michelle - he has grown to trust her and that has been essential to his recovery.
