From the first moment that Nurse Michelle introduced herself, I could sense that she was someone that I could fully trust with my care. Nurse Michelle was consistently an advocate for me and was extremely thorough and thoughtful with her care. She was a great liaison between me and the team of doctors, which created a sense of autonomy that was very comforting. I could see that she treated all of her patients with respect while hospitalized because I had multiple roommates who also shared these sentiments. Nurse Michelle is also very personable and really got to know me and kept me smiling even when I didn't feel good at all. She explained everything she was doing treatment-wise and described her thought processes, which also established a sense of confidence in her knowledge, integrity, and work ethic. Her collaboration across multiple teams of doctors, nurses, and staff was so greatly appreciated and was another way that she proved to advocate for me. I truly believe that without Nurse Michelle, my hospital visit would not have run as smoothly and comfortably as it did. I could not thank her enough for her consistent, caring, and silly nature to which I attribute my quality outcome. Thank you, Nurse Michelle!!
