My husband was hospitalized for a week. We live in Florida. We had several nurses, all were good; Michelle was excellent. She took the time to make us feel at ease. She was busy but made time to keep us “company.”

She bird dogged our prescriptions. She also stayed on top of an in-flight simulation test my husband needed so we could fly home. Her overall demeanor was warm, friendly, and caring.
