My grandpa had got into a car crash. I was worried sick, both for his injuries and the possibility that his nurse/caregiver wouldn't prioritize his needs or help him through this time due to his old age. However, when I came to visit him, his caregiver, Michelle Becker, subverted my expectations and came nearly immediately when we needed assistance the most, all while smiling and answering all of our questions and concerns. Knowing that she was the one taking care of my grandpa made me feel safe for him, as he was in the absolute best hands.
