Michelle is a caring and dedicated team member who works collaboratively to meet the needs of the unit. She demonstrates flexibility in order to meet the needs of the patients and their families and readily adapts to a constantly changing environment. Michelle is excellent at processing and managing a large volume of work without getting overwhelmed as she is well-organized and highly efficient. She makes decisions that will be better for the organization rather than individually and ensures that patient safety is never compromised. Michelle works well with her colleagues. She is at ease with people at all levels in the hospital and collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary team. Her peers all find her approachable and reliable.
