Let me tell you about the day my life changed. As a new staff member at UnityPoint Health, I have had the challenge of learning new policies, layouts of floor, doctors and support staff. I have multiple questions every shift and Michelle has been willing and happy to help me out. Michelle is a perfect example of what it means to put others first, have a positive attitude, and to live the mission statement. I always know that when she is working I have a solid resource to turn to, that my patients, as well as all other patients, will receive exceptional care and be treated with respect and dignity. Overall Michelle is a fantastic and enthusiastic person to work with. She is awesome!
