Michelle Bonilla, BSN, RN

Michelle is the crown jewel in your organization. She has been my nurse for two different days. This is 5 days now for me being here, so I have a lot to compare to. Her skill in putting in and taking out the peripheral IV is right on. She took her time and explained everything she was planning on doing. I did not feel her putting the needle in or taking it out. She is a nurse who pays attention to every detail with care; her touch is gentle like a butterfly on a flower. I’ve had many needles poked in me in my 75 years and come away with the evidence, not only did it not hurt, but I do not have a black and blue mark. Michelle has answered my call button many times, appeared shortly after, and took care of my personal needs. She always entered the room with a smile and never hesitated to help me. Her nursing skills and bedside manner are to be commended. She treated me like her family. It is employees like Michelle who keep the faith in your organization by hiring only the best. I was honored to have her serve me. Thank you, Michelle, I wish you the very best in your nursing career, and never give up on getting your Master's Degree.
