I have been so blessed to have extraordinary nurses at Banner Baywood; specifically, in the Endoscopy Department! Michelle was my procedure nurse for both of my ERCPs. I was very nervous about the procedure and my drainage bags getting accidentally pulled. Michelle held my hand and took control of the procedure room. She made sure the doctors and other nurses knew that she would be making sure they were well taken care of. Michelle has a way about her that made me feel extremely loved and cared for! I appreciated that she was my nurse, not once but TWICE! I hope I am fortunate enough to have her again when I go for my final ERCP!
