Michelle's effort to help a patient with special needs was beyond professional. She was empathetic and attempted to redirect and overcommunicate many times. Her compassion was obvious. The patient was difficult and Michelle's care never faulted. She ensured the patient's care was complete, pain-free and safe. She was his angel for the day! Michelle was compassionate and provided human dignity and excellence in her care to the patient. She demonstrated sacredness of life to those clearly vulnerable and unable to care and think for themselves. She was amazing.
