Michelle, how do I explain the professionalism, she was my day nurse all week, what a sweet soul. Anything I needed she was there. There was an incident outside my door with another patient, I got up to close the door, and she looked at me through the window and asked me "are you ok?" I told her I was worried about her. Nurses like other staff are overworked but you'd never know it by the way Michelle treats her patients. If I had to have my choice of nurse I'd choose her every time. I cannot thank her enough, for her empathy, her concern, her professionalism, and her heart.
