Michelle provided prompt and efficient care from medications to personal care. Although she was busy she never appeared rushed and truly has the "nurse" mentality of true caring for others. Her empathy clearly shows, especially when I was faced with some difficult decisions. It was as difficult it seemed for her as for me, and she offered wonderful emotional support. Tears included.
