Michelle Castle, RN

I am honored to nominate Michelle Castle for the DAISY Award in recognition of her extraordinary dedication, compassion, and professionalism as a nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab Holding Area at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital. Over the past two years, I have undergone cardioversion more than seven times, each experience filled with anxiety and fear, particularly regarding anesthesia. Throughout these difficult times, Michelle has been a constant source of comfort and support. She has a remarkable ability to ease my anxiety, reassuring me with kindness, patience, and unwavering encouragement.

Michelle exemplifies what it means to be an RN, demonstrating an unparalleled level of care, empathy, and generosity. Her dedication to her patients is truly inspiring, and she treats everyone with the utmost respect and dignity. I have never met a nurse with such a pure, kind, and loving soul, and I firmly believe she is a true asset to Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital.
