Michelle has been a member of MH OP's treatment team as the only nurse. She has a difficult job and works with a challenging caseload, but she is willing to go above and beyond to ensure their care needs are met. Michelle goes absolutely above and beyond for each and every patient she sees here at our clinic. Being the only nurse to oversee 1,000's of patients who receive medication management services here at the clinic, Michelle never misses a beat and is always doing what is best for the patient. 

Michelle is the kindest, sweetest, and most caring woman ever. She is so very caring whether she knows you or not. She has a huge heart. Michelle is the most compassionate and caring member of the team. Michelle's patients always say to us how amazing she is. She shows compassion in every little thing she does. Even when a patient is rude or difficult, she takes her time to treat them properly and with the utmost care. I have such respect for her and the work she does every day. She’s one of the nicest people I have met in and out of work; she'll take the time to help anyone in need. I recently had a family tragedy, and without even asking, she listened to me and even donated to help us in our time of need. She always has a smile on her face. She is always willing to listen to staff members when they are having a difficult day.

She is always supportive and trying to find new ways to solve the same old problems. We are blessed to have Michelle. I don't know another nurse who would do what she does with the population she is working with. She always takes time to be attentive to the clients, or her peers, regardless of how hectic things are. It is difficult to actually feel heard in this field, not only does she make you feel heard, but you feel valued and cared for! When I first came here, she took me under her wing and showed me the ropes. I constantly look up to her and take in all the advice she gives. I still come to her whenever I have issues I don't know how to resolve. She is very supportive of me and the entire clinic, day in and out. Michelle makes every team member at the clinic feel welcomed and appreciated. She is constantly going above and beyond for the patients, workers, and clinic alike.
