Michelle was providing care for a patient over the phone who was having heart troubles. The patient needed an ambulance sent to her home and Michelle waited on the phone while the ambulance was on its way. Michelle reassured the patient that they were coming and calmed the patient down over the phone. With the limited access to the patient that Michelle had, she offered the absolute best care possible. It was amazing to witness her providing patient care in such an extreme case and "environment".
