After being dismissed from my PCP due to missing too many appointments, I was instructed to attend appointments at the care clinic. I was very upset that this happened and was opposed to staying at the care clinic after I was allowed to return to my original PCP. This was until my first appointment with Michelle.

She listened to me, she heard me. I explained to her the problems I’ve been having, the effects they have on my life, and how I’ve been dealing with the same things for so long. She did extra tests, she asked follow-up questions, and she did all she could to get to the bottom of what was causing me these problems. She kept me informed after the test results were returned and walked me through the care options. She really went above and beyond for me the way only few have in the past.

She did all of this on our first appointment, even when I came in completely upset and close-minded. She has an amazing bedside manner, communication skills, and is very personable. If anyone deserves a little extra appreciation, it is she. Because of the care she has shown me, I don’t think I’ll ever leave the care clinic!
