Michelle exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable both physically and emotionally. She spent time with me to answer all of my questions and was also extremely attentive to my need for privacy. She did everything in her power to minimize disruptions so both my roommate and I could get some rest and uninterrupted sleep at night. She even taped gauze over the malfunctioning speaker to mute the static. We shared stories of motherhood and her empathy to my situation away from my family provided great comfort. It is evident that she is truly engaged in her work and is extremely passionate about her patients. I can't thank Michelle enough for making my hospital stay a truly comforting experienced.
