Michelle Cuoco is an extraordinary Senior Nurse Practitioner who exemplifies dedication, innovation, and unwavering commitment to the entire ACP team.

Her role in the department is multifaceted. She provides excellent patient care while balancing administrative tasks within the department. During clinical days, the team often seeks advice and guidance from Michelle. They are comfortable reaching out to her with any questions or having her present as additional support with patient/family care. She fosters a collaborative environment.

As our engagement leader, Michelle is one of our primary event organizers. The North Shore ACP Summit and ACP Collaborative Care Council - Wellness Retreat, being two large events that Michelle successfully executed. 

One of Michelle's many exceptional traits is her remarkable ability to make everyone feel valued and appreciated. Whether through personalized recognition or attentive listening, she ensures that each individual's contributions are recognized and celebrated.
