I can’t say enough good things about Michelle. Not only was she always cheerful and had a smile for her patient and family, but it was also obvious that she cared deeply. She was never tired of answering questions, like why was something ordered or what about. She always explained things so that I could understand and report to the family. She made sure I had the information I needed to answer my daughter’s questions. She was an advocate for her patient with the doctors and staff. She made sure her patient was getting the best care and treatment. She became like a member of the family. She is an asset for CRH and is a dedicated hard worker!
