I had four nurses help me. They were all good but Michelle was heads above every one that helped me. She was patient, she was kind, and she was always on top of what I needed. She listened and I felt she was with me and her main focus was just to help me get better. She made me feel comfortable. I just feel that Michelle went over and above her duties. I am sure that while I feel she was just there for me, she makes every patient feel this way, that they are special and are getting her very special attention. You have a very special person working for you. I greatly admire her work and appreciate all the special attention she has given me and I'm sure many others through the years. Michelle is a gem and you should definitely recognize this and hold onto her.

Michelle was my mom's nurse and she is an exemplary example of what a nurse should be. She took wonderful care of my mother, always very gentle, trying in every possible way not to trouble my mother while taking vitals, or taking care of any of her other needs. Always speaking softly and calmly, again being a quieting presence amongst the noise and bustle of a hospital. I could see that she truly cared for my mother and was very attentive to me as well. Michelle would always take the time to talk to me, seeing if I needed anything. I could see her concern when she saw that my mom was declining, not in a panicky way but in a way that shows that she cares about her patients. Again, my mother and our whole family were blessed to have such a caring nurse taking care of my mother.

Michelle was my nurse for 3 days and went above and beyond. She goes out of her way to be sure that I was comfortable, to keep me informed, and noticed when my IV was not working correctly which others had not. She was always cheerful and always in a good mood, even with working on Thanksgiving. She took the time to explain everything and made sure that medications in my IV would not hurt going in. Michelle attempted to ease my pain and lift my spirits whenever she could.
