Daisies are nice, but she wore a rose in her hair as she entered the room with a smile. I soon after realized her smile was contagious. She made me laugh (I'm not sure how) as she set my troubles at ease. The fuss in the hallways didn't change her plan to make me feel like a top priority.
There were blankets in the cabinet but she said, "wait one minute". She returned with a warmed blanket. She carefully explained every plan and made sure that all my questions were answered. It wasn't long before I felt like I needed her; a comfort I can't explain. I'm so thankful for my nurse Michelle, and I wish her well. Thank you again, Michelle. I will always remember you!
