Michelle is a wonderful nurse and co-worker. She is very patient with parents and takes time to explain what is going on with their child and fully addresses any questions and concerns. She is also a great team player and is a constant source of knowledge and assistance to her co-workers. I always feel comfortable and confident when working with Michelle because she encourages me to be the best nurse I can be; I try to emulate her compassion, patience, leadership and skills.
