Michelle was there for us when we needed her most, showing us love, support and caring. While I was visiting my husband who had just had knee surgery at Mary Immaculate, I fell and broke my hip in the hall outside of his room. I became a patient myself. She was a strong support to me and my entire family.

Michelle also received a nomination from the husband, a patient himself, thanking her for keeping him informed of his wife's condition.
