Michelle Durham, RN

Michelle is a great example of the WECARE behaviors at DaVita.  She understands what it means to take care of patients with her Head, Heart, and Hands.  She will step in at any time to make sure the patients are taken care of and the team is supported in whatever way is needed.  Her home patients love the care that she gives and they feel safe knowing she is watching and monitoring their care.  The patients and team love Michelle!
