Michelle Engle, BSN, RN

Michelle was promoted on our team just a few months before COVID hit and being a newer supervisor in such a time of uncertainty could not have been easy. Michelle not only handled the job so well but also did so with grace and strength. Her caring aura made everyone feel heard and supported throughout a dark time. She took the MANY concerns and addressed them, always keeping patients and team members first place. Michelle deserves to be recognized for her dedication and caring heart as a nurse leader.
