Michelle Favreau, RN

Michelle F., from interview to employment, has stayed so consistent. Her positivity exudes the unit like no employee I have ever worked with before. She is so kind, endearing, motivating, and helps so much that sometimes we have to tell her to sit down and that we have it! I know that it will be a good day every shift that I work with her, no matter how much is going on. Michelle had to take a personal leave due to some serious health issues with her now husband, and throughout this process, she was the one who needed all the support. Throughout it all, she would continuously check on the unit, making sure to let us know how much she appreciates working with us. She has, at times, brought me to tears with how good of a person she is. She handles everything gracefully and never lets a phone call or call light ring more than once. I am so happy that Ascension caught her attention, and she chose our unit to work on. I wish we could work the same shift every week. I believe Michelle is a DAISY Nurse because she deserves every beautiful flower that can possibly be grown. Thank you, Michelle, for all that you do!
