Michelle is my RN for Pact Team 1. Of late I have been having issues with my cancer returning. I have had to make many last-minute appointments with my provider, and lab and be assigned community care. Michelle has guided me through every step of the way without missing a beat. She is as enthusiastic as she is professional. She is available for all of my questions and never seems to be bothered no matter how much I ask of her. Her compassion is remarkable. I always feel better after speaking with her about my care. Michelle is an asset to this clinic and the VA and should be recognized as such. I have seen Michelle interact with other Veterans and she cares for them just the same. Thank you Michelle for being my caregiver.

Michelle Ferguson has made an incredible impact on my life over the last 4 months. Specifically, I contracted COVID-19 a 2nd time at age 56 years old; the 2nd time it caused extensive brain damage. Michelle sprang to action to get my authorization for multiple MRIs, CAT scans, lumbar procedures, surgeries, and lastly approval for an opthalmologist. Without Michelle's quick actions, my health would have further declined. I believe Michelle Ferguson saved my life with her professionalism and undeniable love for the Veterans she serves at VA Eglin Clinic. Michelle deserves this DAISY Award. She is the BEST.
