Michelle Ferguson 2024 IL, BSN, RN

Well, where should I start? I have very bad anxiety and thought I'd feel weird going from unit 2 to 7, but Michelle was very helpful and made me calm down and made me feel like a friend and not a patient. It was nice to talk to a person who showed me respect and was great at nursing. I highly recommend this hospital because of her. Michelle was so helpful with questions and concerns. She answered all my questions and was very thorough. I felt very comfortable. My wife said she was the kindest nurse ever, and I have had a lot of nurses over the last 5 years, but I'd agree that she is the best I've met yet. Please hire more kind people like her. A person like her is someone who will bring people here at Northwestern McHenry. Thank you.
