I came into the ICU completely unexpectedly. When Michelle became my nurse, she made my comfort level her top priority. I was very uncomfortable prior to that. I know she had multiple patients but always did her best to help when I needed it. I truly believe that without her night support, I would have had a much harder stay. She even helped get my wife drinks and ice to help me. We were always #1 and treated with respect and love. She is very intelligent and willing to put her patient first no matter the situation.
