Coming to a hospital was not in our plans when we arrived. Michelle not only took care of my daughter but made sure I was cared for as well. She was happy and optimistic through all the scary stuff. She made sure to let me know this stay would end and was not my fault. After so much guilt I could not have needed those words more! She showed love for my daughter and really tried to know her and her likes and dislikes. She showed me that I didn't need to be scared to touch or talk or want to hold her. Michelle truly loved our family and we won't forget her care for us.
