Michelle Flowers 2, BSN, RN, CCRN

Michelle was taking care of a patient who had been in the ICU for 87 days. She noticed the patient's facial hair was getting long and asked him if he normally grew a beard. The patient said, "No." Michelle arrived at work with good razors and shaving cream she had purchased herself to help give the patient a close, comfortable shave. This was very heartwarming and I want to be sure she is recognized.
