Michelle was a bright light during a challenging time for our family, and we were incredibly grateful. Taking care of our dad wasn't about box-checking; it was about ensuring we were reassured. One morning, we bombarded her with a laundry list of questions and concerns. She did not dismiss them. She acted quickly to get us the reassurance we needed.

Within two hours, all the specialists whom we had questions for were there for us. When we were discharged, Michelle gave our mom the most comforting hug. It was just what she needed. Michelle showed our family much caring concern and compassion we were very appreciative.
