Michelle Garcia was so helpful, funny, and easy to talk to. Michelle never got upset when my little cousin would ask 100 questions. Michelle always asked if we were ok and if we needed anything. We tried to open the sofa bed, but it was broken, so Michelle arranged for us to move to another room so that we could stay and visit with our grandpa. I really like the way she explained things to us because it was confusing. She made grandpa laugh but I knew she did it so that no one worried. My grandmother said that she was exceptional. I agree. My entire family agrees that every one of the nurses are wonderful, but Michelle is a true leader. As my grandmother said- an angel.
