I would like to nominate Michelle. She was my nurse on same-day surgery. I started the process with her by my side. She was very sweet, caring, and compassionate. Michelle explained everything she was about to do and the process of what would be happening to me. Michelle took the time to talk to my husband about what to expect with at-home care and how to assist me in my healing process. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions, even when I moved to the 3rd floor after recovery. Michelle took care of me the entire beginning and end. I could not have asked for anyone better. I know healthcare is a tough place to be right now with shortages and such, but you would have never known it from the way I was treated all day. I can’t say enough good things about my experience.
