Michelle Gibson, RN, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit was recognized for her enthusiasm and upbeat personality not only for the families but for her peers as well.

One patient wrote, “Of all the nurses we encountered, she stood out among the rest. She was kind, sympathetic and caring. She was wonderful with our babies. We could tell she really enjoyed doing what she does and we think she is an exceptional nurse. She helped us get through one of the most difficult times in our lives and we are very grateful.”
