Michelle Groneman was my post surgery nurse in the neurology ward and discharged me as well. As a person who has worked in the medical field myself, I recognize a good nurse and better yet a great nurse as Michelle. She was direct, informative and compassionate to my needs. I mentioned my history of drug abuse and my concerns about the next few weeks of being weaned off my pain meds. She knew the importance of my mother (where I am staying for recovery) understanding the discharge directions regarding my post op meds and current meds and to not mix them. I felt my best interest beyond my surgery as well as my substance issues were dealt with professionally with care and concern. For that I am grateful very much. I have faith in Renown because of Michelle Groneman.
