Michelle was instrumental in creating an interprofessional UBC for Medical Imaging. The UBC has improved workflows and adjusted assignments of nurses to better support patient care. Michelle brings creativity, an intense focus and commitment to delivering the best for her patients, and dedication to the success of her colleagues and this hospital. She organizes celebrations and team-building events with a “team before self” mindset and is often the one picking up extra time when coverage is needed. She is always seeking to work with colleagues and nursing leadership, recognizing the best outcomes occur when we work together for the patients. Without a doubt, Michelle personifies our framework of extending heart-centered kindness to our patients and each other, upholding the highest standards of professional nursing in all that she does.
