Michelle Hartmann is high performing and self-driven. She is the first person in the office every morning, charting the work assignments for clinical staff. She is the referral coordinator when we need referrals worked, the phlebotomist when our phlebotomist is out, the PSR when we are short staffed, the rooming nurse when we have PTO or callouts, and the plumber - yes, the plumber.
We recently had a patient who had an accident and clogged our toilet. We called maintenance, but they were not responding fast enough. After Michelle assisted the patient, she then suited up in protective gear and tackled the clogged toilet. There was no need for maintenance when she finished. This is the type of ownership and pride she has. Anything she can do to support the team, she is there. Michelle is also our Connect Care Super-user and Preceptor. I want this acknowledgment for her to let her know she is appreciated inside and outside of the practice.
