As a first-time parent, it is absolutely terrifying when your child gets sick, especially in my family's case. My son was admitted for RSV; on the 5th day, they did a chest x-ray, which showed some touches of pneumonia.

Now, for a little backstory, my son was born eight weeks early. So, as a preemie baby, hearing about the results of that was scary. Michelle worked diligently to make sure he was comfortable and progressing the way he should. Michelle never ran short of a bathroom break to try to break up the crud. I never had a question that Michelle couldn't give me an answer to. She not only made my son's health and healing her number one priority but also was there for us parents. She comforted me when I was absolutely terrified and gave me a hug when she knew I needed it. I could not say enough good things about Michelle. (I would need a book). Michelle's knowledge and expertise show in everything she does. If something just was not working, she was always ready to try something new. Michelle became like family. She always knew when I was concerned and addressed it immediately. Our family could not thank Michelle enough for all the care and love she gave us and, most importantly, our son. She shows true compassion in her work.
