Michelle is strong in her faith and I truly believe that her love and compassion in caring for others starts from her love and devotion to God. She is smart, hard-working, and kind. Michelle is the type of worker who inspires everyone else around her to always do what's best. She displays a higher level of nursing as evidenced by her sense of recognizing a need for help, going out of her way to make sure everything is ok whether that be for our patients, coworkers and/or even leadership.
Michelle strives for excellence and continues to grow. She is a full-time worker and student, currently working on her advanced practice to become a Nurse Practitioner. She's been a great attribute to Adventist Health Hanford and to all of the patients who we care for.
