During my grandmother’s time in the hospital, we visited frequently, and Michelle not only took great care of her but also took care of our family.

My grandmother told us how Michelle speaks to her and explains things in detail so there is no confusion. The treatments Michelle provided, though not always pleasant, were made more tolerable by her approach and care. 

English is not our first language, but fortunately she can speak Chinese. Whether answering questions or requests, she handled everything professionally and with care, explaining treatments and comfort measures in great detail.

We feel she went above and beyond what is expected from a nurse, and the hospital should be very proud to have her on the team. If Michelle is an example of the staff, then this hospital and its patients are in great hands.
