Michelle was incredibly comforting on a tough day. Michelle spoke to me in such a therapeutic and empathetic way. This meant so much to me, and I will always remember her kindness. Beyond her kind words, she was wonderful as a care provider. She kept me informed every step of the way and took extra measures to ensure my comfort as I waited for surgery.
